Goal Setting Conference Reminder!

Dear Parents,

The Goal Setting Conferences are on Monday 19 March from 3:30 - 8:30 and Tuesday 20 March from 3:30- 6:30. If you have not booked yet please can you go online and book a 15 slot for your child.

Water fun

On Friday the 2nd of March the children took part in a Water fun morning. Our Inquiry focus this term is water and how we use water . Well one of the things that the children looked at was water for fun. They shared their most loved experiences and we gave then a chance to experience them one last time before we say goodbye to summer. 


We had 5 stations on the day. The children rotated in their groups to each station.
1) Make a boat and see if it would float on the water.
2) Bubble pie
3) Sprinkler
4) Water play area and
5) Fill up the container - but their is a whole in my bucket?


Although it wasn't the weather we ordered the children had a great time and they learned a lot.

Waisea and Ashton had lots of fun in the sprinkler.

Harry and Brooke  made the most of their time at the Water play area.

Non stop cricket

Today the children took part in Non stop Cricket for Friday Celebration. Room 10 had a great time, working on their hand eye co-ordination. Here are some action photos:

First we got told how to play the game and then we were given a field position.

 Alicia were the first one to bat,

then it was Brooke

Riley kept his eye on the ball,

but it was John who got the first big shot.

Watch out Harry can hit the ball hard just ask Mrs V it landed on her knee.

Joshua and Waisea must have had training, they were fantastic.

Cricket must be in Salihah's genes.
